Die Mold Course with practical Training Program

This comprehensive 9-month training program is designed to provide students with complete knowledge of mold tool design, manufacturing processes, and industrial practices. The course begins with the fundamentals of mold tools, material selection, engineering concepts, and design calculations, helping students build a strong technical foundation.

As the program progresses, students gain hands-on experience in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SolidWorks Simulation, and SolidWorks CAM. They learn 2D drafting, 3D modeling, mold assembly design, simulation techniques, flow analysis, cooling analysis, and CNC tool path generation used in modern manufacturing industries.

The training further focuses on practical manufacturing operations, including milling, drilling, tapping, grinding, CNC machining, EDM, wire-cutting, hardness testing, and polishing processes. Students are also introduced to manufacturing planning, BOM preparation, raw material management, quotation creation, and cost estimation to understand real-world production workflows.

In the final phase, students learn mold assembly, trial processes, defect analysis, surface treatment techniques, and project documentation. By the end of the program, participants are equipped with the skills required to manage the complete mold development cycle—from design and simulation to manufacturing, testing, and successful project delivery.
